PledgedPlugins.com may be referred to as ‘Pledged Plugins’, ‘PledgedPlugins,com’, or as ‘The Company’  hereafter in this document. Any customers referred to in this document are those individuals or companies which have purchased a license to use the software, or products, that we sell on this website. The customer acknowledges that usage of our products is done at their own risk and free will. Pledged Plugins is not liable for any damages caused directly or indirectly by the usage of the products acquired on this site.

Irrevocable Access Policy

Pledged Plugins will guarantee irrevocable access to the intangible property purchased by our customers. If any customer loses access and needs to be granted access to the product they must first confirm their identity with Pledged Plugins.

Refund Policy & Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

Pledged Plugins offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee in that we guarantee the quality of our products. If a product of ours does not perform as advertised  we will guarantee your refund. However, due to the intangible nature of our products the refund is at our full discretion that we honor a refund request.

Since Pledged Plugins offers non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply and for this reason we may use our discretion to honor a refund.

Pledged Plugins will not refund purchases for incompatibility issues, nor due to misunderstandings about software compatibility.

Pledged Plugins also reserves the right to decline refund requests for all situations, including:

  • When a customer demands a refund immediately after buying the software.
  • When a customer informs us about changing his/her decision to buy the software.
  • When reasons which prevent a customer from proper using of our software are stated clearly. For example, if the customer requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for our software.
